Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Macy's is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Business Development Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level position, the Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding Macy's presence in the market.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for business growth. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 5. Develop and present proposals to potential clients and partners. 6. Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners. 7. Meet and exceed targets for sales and revenue growth. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong leadership and adaptability skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 7. Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.
