Business Development Associate

Job Description: ABM Industries is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry level position, no prior experience is necessary but a strong work ethic and the ability to bounce back from setbacks are essential traits for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to promote ABM Industries' services - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust our sales approach accordingly - Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote ABM Industries

Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient personality - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
