Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Baxalta, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated and passionate Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in business development or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts - Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve targets - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform business decisions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
