Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive online business growth - Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our online presence - Build and maintain relationships with online partners and vendors - Analyze online sales data and market trends to optimize business performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online business development - Contribute to the overall success of the business through innovative solutions and creative thinking

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in business development or a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytical tools - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts
