Key Responsibilities:

 

Proactively identify and engage potential clients through warm calling, leveraging your sales skills to navigate complex sales environments.

Deliver persuasive presentations to articulate the unique value of our life insurance products, tailored to meet the diverse needs of prospective clients.

Manage and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention, while also seeking opportunities for account growth.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. English required, French a bonus

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proven capability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Professional Licensing Requirement:

To excel in this role, candidates must be willing to invest in obtaining a professional life insurance license, known as HLLQP (Harmonized Life License Qualification Program). Our company supports this essential credentialing process by guiding candidates through the certification and training phases.
