As our senior sales manager, you are required to:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarising sales performance and achievements.
Set performance goals and metrics for the sales team, and monitor progress towards targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in customer service and sales.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
Possess strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
