Job Description - Senior Sales Manager

As our senior sales manager, you are required to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarising sales performance and achievements.

  • Set performance goals and metrics for the sales team, and monitor progress towards targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and sales.

  • Possess strong leadership and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
