Sales Associate - Timberstar Tractor

Timberstar Tractor, Vernon's leading compact tractor dealership, is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and top-quality tractors and related equipment to our clients throughout the Okanagan Valley and beyond.

In this role, you will:

- Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect KIOTI tractor for their job. - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to test drives and final purchase decisions. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of KIOTI tractor features and benefits, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. - Prepare quotes, process paperwork, and ensure a smooth buying experience for all customers. - Stay up-to-date on the latest KIOTI tractor models, attachments, and financing options. - Travel to customer locations using company truck for trade evaluations. - Deliver sold equipment to customer’s location using company truck and flatdeck when required. - Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

We are looking for someone who: - Possesses a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture or equipment industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from all walks of life. - A strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a team player. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn new industry-specific software. - A valid BC driver's license is a requirement with experience hauling a trailer. - Clean criminal record

Product Lines you would be selling: - KIOTI Tractors, from 22 HP sub compact all the way to 150 HP AG tractors. - KIOTI, Cub Cadet, and Greenworks Mowers - KIOTI Compact Loaders, wheel loaders and track loaders. - Implement lines of MK Martin, Wallenstein, HLA, Braber, and more. - Rainbow Trailers. - Pre-owned equipment.
