Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of Salespeople focused on New Business within the SMB segment. They're in the Marketing industry and are open to anyone with B2B Sales Management experience -- regardless of the industry. This company is growing extremely fast and offers a lot of room for growth. At a glance: Location: Monday to Friday in the office in Brossard, QC $100,000 base salary + $40,000 commissions, uncapped Benefits: health, dental, vision for you and your family, office gym, Responsibilities: Manage the daily activities of the Sales team (New Business) Coach & motivate direct reports Achieve targets Forecast & reporting You: Experience managing a B2B sales team English native or similar, French a plus Requirements: 5 days/week in the office in Brossard, QC Fluent English B2B Sales Management experience Can start fairly rapidly If you feel like you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply anyway.
