Sales Manager

Fairview Chrysler is looking to expand their team with a Sales Manager! We are Burlington’s original Chrysler store since 1974, and to continue to exceed our customers expectations, we are seeking a Sales Manager • Who Is a highly motivated leader • Has previous automotive dealership experience (managerial role preferred) • Has strong communication skills • Demonstrates initiative • Is highly organized • Holds a high regard for customer service Description of Duties: • Establishing objectives for each member of the sales team and providing support throughout • Facilitate training, coaching and organization of the sales team and all activities related to the sales department • Conduct sales meetings to review results, set targets, and ensure follow up of customers is being completed on all traffic • Review monthly incentives alongside the sales team and insure they are fluent in available programs • Assist the sales team in the closing of deals • Provide exceptional customer service – always looking to fulfill the customer’s needs • Maintain strong relationship between all departments at the dealership • Meet and greet customers and assist with their needs when able to •Maintaine strong digital presence of all website contents, Inventory and pricing. Assist with vehicle inventory.
