The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Operations Manager with digital payments experience to join our rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will gather sales-facing requirements for solution enhancements, dashboards, reports, and system updates, while covering operational duties related to sales, including order processing and documentation management. Your contributions will ensure that Sales, Business Development, and Account Management at VoPay operate with maximum efficiency and without bottlenecks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the Canadian and United States payments ecosystem and VoPay's customer landscape.
  • Review sales and business development requests for system enhancements.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards for Sales and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Enhance sales reporting, metric tracking, and analytics.
  • Process VoPay sales orders and ensure frictionless onboarding.
  • Develop 'How To' guides and documentation for Sales tasks and processes.
  • Surface ideas for automation and eliminate manual sales processes.
  • Review and cleanse VoPay data to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership on updates and roadblocks.
  • Cross-train and ensure smooth operations of VoPay Sales Ops.
  • Partner internally with different VoPay groups to drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and Operations team to ensure streamlined organizational design.
  • Work with VoPay Admins on process documentation and automation efficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of payments experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business, marketing, finance, or related field recommended.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Motivated and competitive with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, possessing a self-starter attitude.
  • High energy, highly motivated, and passionate about your work.
  • Previous sales operations management is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
