Sales & Order Desk

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts or sale of products.
• Answer questions and provide pricing on parts and products.
• Maintaining sales orders; entering and updating in the system.
• Update product pricing in the system.
• Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience.
• Coordinate between customer, sales, and shipping.

Requirements:

• Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume, fast paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Skilled with MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• Exceptional attention to details and strong data entry skills.
