Position Summary As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing Skullcandy's retail program across multiple Amazon global marketplaces. Reporting to the Manager of Sales, you will be involved in various aspects of retail planning/execution including product lifecycle management, procurement and fulfillment management, and pricing/promotional execution. Primary Functional Responsibilities Product lifecycle management - product launches/transitions, inventory health, sellable status, and cataloging. Liaise with Amazon to implement Skullcandy promotions, ensuring deal tenet adoption, and adequate funding is provided to achieve required profitability outcomes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Amazon inventory and promotional needs are prioritized. Collaborate with key stakeholders at our headquarters (Park City, Utah) to gather on-brand content required to create a rich customer experience on Amazon's detail pages. Become the owner of a key revenue driving program or project, including engaging key stakeholders, and meeting deadlines. Produce SEO content for Amazon product listings. Liaise with agency partners on global translations and localization. Compile weekly sales and inventory reports, and present results and insights on the business. Support MAP, Brand Registry management, and brand enforcement efforts. Support special projects as needed. Ability to be flexible with work hours to accommodate Amazon retail seasonality and stakeholders in different time zones. Note: Some US travel may be required. A valid driver's license and active passport are required. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree (business preferred) Microsoft Office, proficient with Excel/PowerPoint. Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central. Fluency in Amazon business metrics and terminology. Strong written English in the context of product set-ups and SEO content creation. Attention to detail and a bias to action are necessities of the job. Ability to switch between tasks in a dynamic environment. Highly organized with a propensity to hit key deadlines. Strong communication skills and comfort working with external and internal stakeholders. Ability to report on performance, insights, and recommendations in order to create change.
