As a Sales Specialist, Operational Performance, you will be operationalizing the drive to acquisition sales within the B2B Enterprise Mid Market environment.

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be a key player of the sales team accountable for prospecting new business relationships and deploying the vision and strategic roadmap for key customers. As a member of the Sales Operations team, you have a proven track record for translating a large organization’s strategic plan and priorities into relevant, high impact, and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular territory optimization reviews with Senior Sales Managers to ensure strategic allocation of accounts by region, team and client executive.
  • Support realignment of accounts and sales resources in accordance with changing business needs
  • Own governance of account segmentation and re segmentation processes in partnership with Bell’s cross functional teams
  • Accountable for the growth & acquisition of Wireless & Wireline Services in a designated territory by supporting roll-out and implementation of post-sales activities. 
  • Help to create and execute detailed business plans designed to attain revenue targets and goals
  • Support the unearthing of new sales opportunities through networking and other practices
  • Works collaboratively with all other Bell resources as required to achieve support achievement of team Sales goals
  • Provide accurate Forecasting, reporting and proper sales administration functions

Critical Qualifications

  • Demonstrated 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Extremely effective working cross-functionally
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and interface
  • Telecom industry experience would be ideal
