Job Description - Sub Prime Sales Consultant

Responsibilites

Generate Prospects & business from subprime lead channels
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing subprime lending practices, including fair lending practices and disclosure requirements
Educate clients about the terms and conditions of subprime loans, including associated risks and responsibilities, to help them make informed financial decisions.
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customers
Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the loan application and repayment process.
Bilingual is assett but not required
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, while maintaining a focus on responsible lending practices and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and other relevant information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
