FCA Canada Inc. believes that our customers and dealers deserve the best possible support programs and strategies and, as such, are looking for an innovative and ambitious team player who shares our devotion to quality, customer excellence, service, and success.The Tele-Contact District Sales Representative (Contract) reports into our Eastern Business Center and is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep Dealerships.Responsibilities of the position will include:Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders to meet market demandManage monthly allocation vs. schedules to ensure maximum production capability within the districtIdentify top minimum sales responsibility (MSR) loss dealers and identify opportunity areas; Review dealer financial statements regarding working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses to determine the dealer's ability to operate properly and promote retailAct as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, where it will counsel the latter in the management of inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs; ensuring proper levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvementMotivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch trainingWork with dealer on current programs in sales & aftersales, customer service and service lane to ensure benefit of customer and dealer from the purchase process to vehicle sundownMaximize district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in their area of responsibilitySupport dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contact penetrationWork with independent repair facilities, wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale businessChallenge status-quo, discover and champion best practice benchmarking, process improvementDevelop and raise the technical expertise and competency in the dealership **The position is based in the Greater Toronto Area/Moncton, New Brunswick/Halifax, Nova Scotia** FCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process.
