Our client, a leading-edge communications company based in Manitoba, is scaling and looking for a VP of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing efforts while contributing to the overall growth strategy. Responsible for consumer and small business segments, but willing to add commercial segments for those with prior experience
Deployment and execution of market mapping, prioritization of which communities to deploy capital to deliver fiber broadband and related services, go-to-market strategy, pricing and value props
Promotion and demand generation to drive awareness and consideration through leads and opportunities for sales channels
Channel strategy and sales, product management and revenue growth
Accountability for market penetration and share, monthly average revenue per customer, monthly churn % and cost per gross addition
Develop understanding of customer needs through thoughtful research in order to develop service offering, pricing and bundling strategies
Develop segmentation and customer personas to inform customer acquisition and retention strategies
