Job Description - Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager Location Winnipeg, MB :

Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Lead Intake

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead follow-up + Qualifying
  • Conducting introductory meetings
  • Developing scope of work for purpose of quoting
  • Internal consultation to properly estimate price for scope of services
  • Proposal building
  • Proposal delivery and presentation
  • Proposal follow-up
  • Sales Pipeline/Funnel management
  • Sales reporting and analysis
  • Relationship building
  • Relationship management
  • Conference/event attendance for purpose of lead generation
  • Event attendance for VDI Promotion (i.e. Conferences, Golf tournament hole sponsorship)
  • Management of promotional materials (schwag) needed for events
  • Misc assignments not covered by any of the above mentioned points
  • Written and verbal communication with clients, suppliers, and Vincent Design team members
  • Answering phone and email inquiries

Skills:- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer data- Leadership abilities to guide account teams and drive results- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing accounts- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively- Experience in business development and account management- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
