Reports to : Plant Manager
Position type - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Shift: 24 hours/week
Compensation: $27/hour The CAD base range for this position is $27 per hour. Hourly rates are determined by role, level, and location.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary ranges for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. About The Position And About You The role of Administrative Coordinator exists to support and enhance the productivity of the site leadership team. This is accomplished by assisting in the development, organization, and control of documents and correspondence, by facilitating and communicating the results of various meetings and by coordinating human resource related activities. Strong, clear, and timely communications, both internal and external to the site, are essential to this position
What You Need To Be Successful Qulaifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a dynamic office environment as administrator or clerical
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint,Excel)
- SAP a plus
- highly organized with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and relate to a culturally and educationally diverse workforce / customer base / community.
- Experience in inventory control, transportation planning, and customer relations a plus.
- Adept at managing time, adapting to changing work priorities, and efficiently managing multiple responsibilities.
- Willing to change work schedule to meet specific job responsibilities, e.g. start earlier or later as required for efficient communication / participation in plant activities.
Responsibilities - expense tracking/reconciling
- Orders/tracks supplies and spare parts
- Assist payroll with inquiries and discrepancies
- track and maintain vacation schedules
- document control
- Maintains an organized system of files and documents to support training certification, Quality/Manufacturing team, EHS and Human Resources
- Other duties as assigned by plant manager
