Job Description - Advertising Account Executive

Business Information: We create playful & beautifully produced banners utilizing the latest technology trends. Having worked with some of the biggest brands in the world we ensure a quality and rapidly delivered product for advertising companies & direct clients.

Business address: 201-2 Toronto Street, Toronto, ON, M5E 0A4

Work location: 30 Wellington St W, 5th floor, Toronto, ON, M5R 1G6 and various clients’ locations around the Toronto area.

Type of Employment: Full Time – Permanent

Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description:

  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles
  • Act as spokesperson for an organization
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
  • Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Develop portfolio of marketing materials
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements

– Education: A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, or  communications is required.

– Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the social media or digital marketing sector developing and implementing communication and promotion strategies is required.

– Strong analytical and customer service skills.

– Exceptional communication and presentation skills

-Language: English is required

-Computer and technology knowledge: Hubspot, Apollo.io, Clickup, Excel & Word.

Salary: $ 33.78 hourly, 42.5 hours per week

Important Information. The regular schedule will be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. All statutory holidays and weekends are off.
