Job Description:Job Description We are currently hiring for an Experienced Bindery Associate for our client in Toronto, Ontario. This position is handling print & bindery by operating various large printing/binding machines. This requires a lot of lifting and moving paper boxes and envelopes; you would need to be able to adapt to a face pace environment which requires a lot of walking and standing. Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm (training would be on a day shift for 1 week (8:30am - 5pm)) Pay Rate: $18.84 per hour Responsibilities:Primary Responsibility would be Print & Bindery, which includes operating equipment such as digital production printers, hydraulic cutter, perfect binding machine, coil binding, folding, kitting.Provides support to all Client Associate positions to facilitate client deliverablesProvides backup and peak workload supportEstablishes support coverage schedules with Operations Managers and Site LeadsSupports training of new employees, as requiredSupports administrative tasks, as requiredCommunicates to Site Lead and Manager all process opportunities identified during support periodProvides operational support for print, mail, courier and imaging equipment and operationsProvides outstanding customer communications and client serviceOther tasks as assigned Required skills:Previous experience would be an asset but the willingness to learn the business is important.6 months to 1 year experience in same or similar role.Minimum High School diploma or equivalencyAbility to resolve and escalate issuesExcellent verbal and written communicationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasksComputer skillsBasic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications such as Adobe AcrobatFlexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional mannerAbility to work in a team environment or single person environment with minimal supervisionAble to lift and move up to 50 pounds How to Apply:Directly through this postingCall for more information We look forward to assisting you with your next career move!!
