Department Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader with supervisory / or management experience in retail, grocery, fast food or hospitality. This unique role is located in Northern Canada. • Meet execution of in-store selling activities and marketing programs
• Develop a weekly schedule to meet the needs of the business, with flexibility to respond to the unique challenges of a remote and isolated location
• Responsible for ordering products and managing inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained and available for customers.
• Motivate and provide staff training and tools to provide exceptional customer service
• Actively participate in helping to support career progression for your team members
• Problem-solve unique issues with the resources at hand and best advice from fellow team members
