The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute, optimize and report on the digital and e-commerce platforms for the dynamic group of companies. Your digital marketing ingenuity, expertise and savvy will be essential in creating and optimizing their digital marketing, communications, and promotions strategies and in increasing sales. Your knowledge and proven experience will increase our client’s overall understanding of consumers.

What could your day as the Digital Marketing Specialist hold?

• Providing insights regarding the consumer base and industry using marketing data and analytics and maintaining a deep understanding of consumer behaviours.
• Ensuring website management and e-commerce management using Shopify and Dutchie and maintaining and updating e-commerce platforms in partnership with Marketing and Operations teams.
• Optimizing and reporting on SEO and SEM ecosystems including local SEO for online business listings.
• Expanding on and executing email marketing and landing page strategies, creating and managing digital advertising (in partnership with the Marketing team).
• Managing the digital presence of all brands (Google Suite).
• Developing client personas to utilize with the Marketing team to help tell our story effectively
• Reporting on monthly sales, analytics and measuring ROI, and managing loyalty programs for Cascadia

Our ideal Digital Marketing Specialist brings:

• Post secondary education in marketing or equivalent skills and experience
• 2+ years working within a digital marketing environment
• Thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
• Experience developing and maintaining highly organized social media advertising
• Strong search engine management and optimization experience (SEM and SEO)
• Working knowledge of email marketing workflows and audience management
• Developed skillset in distilling complicated data into digestible and visual executive presentations
• Experience implementing web/online best practices
