Requirements
• A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) as a server or host in an 'a la carte' dining setting in an upscale, high volume restaurant • 'Serving It Right' and 'Food Safe' Certification • Impeccable grooming and presentation • Completely fluent English language skills, both written and verbal • Clear, precise, professional and helpful telephone manner • Knowledge of organizing reservations and service flows • Driven and focused on maximizing capacities • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise • High level of responsibility and commitment • Team player with proven success in relationship building • Commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding guests' expectations • Comprehensive and current knowledge of local attractions, events, restaurants and transportation information • Ability to anticipate guest needs • Experience with OpenTable is considered an asset
