Job Description:Job Description The Acquisition Group, one of Western Canada’s largest and most successful marketing companies, is looking for a reliable Dispatcher to join our team representing TELUS Smart Home Security and TELUS Future Friendly Home Services. The Dispatcher will act as the main communication point between our Technician team and our Sales team to successfully manage customer installation appointments. This Dispatcher will also be in charge of inventory management, along with providing operations support. ResponsibilitiesReceive and dispatch orders for service installationsAct as a liaison between Sales and Technician teamsManage inventory levels, reporting, ordering, and deliveriesManage, organize, and oversee the warehouseCoordinate, prioritize, and optimize Technician schedules for maximum efficiencyContact customers to confirm their orders and installation appointmentsEnter data in the computer system and maintain records of calls, activities, and installation notesMonitor and report quality concerns to the Technician Operations teamSupport with training and other operational duties upon request Requirements Full-Time Availability (Mon-Sun) with flexible hours for on-call supportRemote and on-location work, with occasional travel requiredProven experience as a Dispatcher or relevant positionProven experience in sales and/or telecom is strongly preferredExcellent communication in English (oral and written)Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredOutstanding organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listener with strong attention to detailSound judgment and critical thinking with proactive problem-solving skillsMinimum High School Diploma requiredMust be able to pass a Canadian Criminal Record with a verdict of Clear Perks and BenefitsFull training providedRoom for career advancementEngaging and dynamic team culture – team events, travel, and more!Competitive compensation at $20-$25/hrMedical and Dental Benefits after probation Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, enjoys problem-solving, and is an important part of an engaged and accountable team.
