What is the Opportunity?

The Technology Platform Automations, Compliance & Delivery Group within Technology Infrastructure plays a critical role by helping other IT teams deliver services with improved speed, consistency, and security with its indispensable strategy. Our developers nurture from scratch and automate processes that make our Technology Platforms & Risk Management partners' lives easy and more efficient. Our group consists of the Tech Infrastructure Compliance & Optimization team, the project Management team, and your potential new home; our multi-talented Technology Platforms Automation team. You will have the opportunity to work with both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will bring technical & analytical expertise and a proven track record of influencing and implementing next gen technologies.

What Will You Do?

• As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop Data/web based digital solutions and integrate with new & legacy systems. This role will encompass an end-to end delivery of web portals, APIs (inbound & outbound) and Data Services by following Agile methodologies

• Design & Develop web portals (Single Page Application), Revamp Legacy Applications built in .NET, PHP & Java, Refactor backend solutions by implementing design patterns.

• Build and publish/consume APIs leveraging Cloud Based Data Sets as per Enterprise standards and security guidelines through container-based applications

• Participate and lead software design meetings, analyze user needs to determine technical requirements, collaborate and include inputs from cross-functional teams (security, DevOps, OCP, data, compliance and product)

• Develop and deploy applications using Kubernetes and traditional CI/CD pipeline

• Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems. Maintain records for the documentation of systems development and revisions

• Conduct analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.

• Manage and support team in production release management, including security, storage, performance, and cost concerns

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Must Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer Science or a related field.

• 5+ years in hands-on development of full stack software solutions in SaaS/cloud Services

• Good understanding in OOP, MVC, microservice architecture concept, next gen tech like React.js, Angular, Express.js, Node.js, Python, Next.js, Vue, Tailwind CSS, ES5/ES6, Less, HTML5, jQuery, Ajax Calls, Bootstrap ( C#, Core .net, PHP, Java is a plus)

• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL Databases like MSSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, S3 Buckets and Good at writing SQL Queries, Stored procedures, functions, packages, tables, views, and triggers using relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, DB2

• Hands-on experience working in a distributed, CICD(Jenkins/UCD preferred) and cloud based environment (OCP preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience in revamping legacy apps by integrating the latest tech

• Experience with implementing user interface libraries such as Material – UI and ANT Design

• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Google Analytics

• Security Frameworks: LDAP, Kerbos, OAuth2.0, Vault integration
