Are you passionate about the environment and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to protect it? We’re looking for technical professionals ideally with exposure to projects in either a management, coordination, or support capacity to join our expanding, dynamic team collaborating to meet that goal.
Reporting to the Manager, Water Projects, you will be responsible for leading water quality and environmental projects through all project phases from pre-scoping through to execution and handover to operations.
We have several exciting Project Management opportunities within the Water Projects team, supporting the execution of our Sustainable Development strategy through delivery on multiple project streams, including;
We are looking for people with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, who can build and maintain positive relationships with partners across all levels of our organization. We require someone who has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a culture of open and early communication, meeting and resolving challenges. You will gain experience in multiple areas as you interact with different departments of our operations building your knowledge base in the mining industry. This role also offers a combination of field and office work, allowing diversity in your everyday tasks.

Benefits:
Teck employees receive a competitive compensation package that includes, but is not limited to, base salary plus the following benefits:
Salary Range: $103,000 - $127,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
