About the Maintenance opportunity:

Maintenance Champion: Own the maintenance and repair process of properties including painting, waste management, landscaping and snow removal.

Resident Ambassador: Build strong relationships, deliver excellence with in-suite repairs to address concerns and maintain resident satisfaction.

Safety Guru: As our frontline safety lead, proactively apply health, fire and life safety measures.

What you need to succeed:

• 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled Trades certification is an asset.
• Mechanical background.
• Well-developed English oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, on-calls and after hours emergency as assigned.
• Strong problem-solver with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. frequently.
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
