At our facility in Winnipeg, MB you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Maintenance Manager:

Reliability Program Improvement

• Enhance reliability system processes.
• Improve equipment availability targets.
• Implement operational maintenance excellence processes and monitor them t horoughly .
• Ensure optimal execution of operations through OHS targets attainment.

Budget Adherence and Performance

• Develop and adhere to maintenance budgets.
• Adhere to allocated maintenance budgets.
• Achieve OHS performance targets.
• Ensure quality work of maintenance teams.

Employee Engagement and Development

• Engage and develop all employees.
• Manage maintenance employees and subcontractors under your responsibility.
• Establish priorities for maintenance activities and coordinate them with production.

Operational Excellence and Problem-Solving

• Maintain and improve reliability system processes.
• Ensure operational excellence.
• Solve problems by making recommendations to your manager.
