Please note that this is 100% uncapped commission based role Work can be done in office, virtual or hybrid. What we offer: -Best in Class Training: 30 Day initial training (offered each month) where we teach you everything from systems to marketing to compliance so that you have a solid foundation to launch or maintain your mortgage career! -Transition Support: Each new member to our network is assigned to a Team Leader/Trainer whose sole focus is to help you succeed. They will review deals with you and/or assist with your client communication. -Leads: We have our own organic lead generation program so that you augment your pipeline. -VIP Lender Access: Due to MAC’s network size and volume we can offer all members our network top tier lender rates, service and compensation. We can close files across Canada. -Ongoing Education: All members of our network are invited to attend lender, business development and marketing workshops to help you grow your business. About you: -You are a motivated self-starter with great interpersonal skills. -You understand the value of networking through all mediums (Social media/Face to face) as it relates to building your business. -You are an avid learner looking to develop new skills and view learning as a journey. -You possess solid sales and customer service skills and want to be viewed as a “trusted advisor” by your clients. -You possess a solid knowledge of residential mortgages as well as well as how the financial services industry operates from a sales/service perspective.
