Job Summary
MiWay's Customer Experience team is seeking a Coordinator, Projects that can research, plan, develop and deliver a variety of projects. Responsible for development of project charters, management of project budgets; including negotiation with sponsors, stakeholders, consultants and contractors, delivery of communication, presentations and training on projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and develop project charters, develop implementation plans for solutions to resolve issues/problems, establish project schedule and assign resources.
- Provide direction to stakeholders and user groups and consultants during design, development, communication stages, including presentations, facilitate meetings, etc.
- Coordinate delivery of services and events in collaboration with different areas of expertise including design, communication and event delivery.
- Act as liaison between clients, contractors and consultants to avoid conflicts.
- Solicit, evaluate and award quotations from contractors and consultants.
- Ensure all legislated service standard requirements are maintained throughout project.
- Conduct site inspections, as required to assess and document specifics to monitor progress and specifications.
- Review and approve reports provided by consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documents, payments, change orders and authorizations for release of payments.
- Provide technical guidance, implement training for delivery of related project, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary diploma/degree, preferably in business, administration, UX design or similar
- Certified technologist, PMP designation or similar
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and customer experience skills
- 2 years’ experience in user design or project management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, project management software and ability to learn new systems as required based on business needs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to deliver high-quality and engaging training to both large and small groups
- Requires site visits and events involving some light lifting of supplies/materials. Prolonged exposure to computer keyboards and screens.
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours
Hourly Rate/Salary: $41.93 - $55.91
