In the past 3 years, Royal Claims has undergone a complete technical infrastructure overhaul to set the framework for industry-leading innovation.

Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Solutions Architect who is a self-starter, passionate about developing and managing cutting-edge IT solutions. Reporting directly to the president, you will have the autonomy to strategize, implement, and manage IT projects with a significant focus on GPT AI integration. You will maintain our existing systems while also spearheading the development of new, innovative solutions to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage IT solutions while maintaining a balance with system management tasks.
• Work autonomously to create strategies and projects in agreement with the president, with the flexibility to explore alternative solutions.
• Identify and implement GPT AI technologies to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development, with the support of paid education initiatives.
• Assume responsibility for project success, meeting sprint timelines, and achieving development objectives.
• Collaborate with the main team for testing and feedback, ensuring direct coordination with the president for strategic alignment.
• Optimize our current Microsoft and Azure technology stack, with the freedom to recommend and implement suitable emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in full-stack development, IT solution management, and AI implementation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Azure services, SQL, Python, and front-end technologies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with leadership and team members.

Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
