About the role

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team!

As an IdentityIQ Product Owner (PO), you will contribute to Intact’s Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy. You will be a key resource in the implementation and execution of the product vision and roadmap for the IdentityIQ IAM platform.

You will act as an IAM subject matter expert, representing customers as well as users. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with the stakeholders involved in your business area, and the IdentityIQ development team.

What you’ll do here:

• Act as an expert advisor for the IdentityIQ solution and for projects of major scope and impact for the organization.

• Ensure representation of needs, requirements and constraints for systems related to identity and access management.

• Develop the strategic and tactical roadmap for the IdentityIQ product.

• Support teams in achieving security and business objectives according to the established roadmap.

• Maximize the business value of IAM solutions.

• Manage the backlog according to the business and security value and technical constraints.

• Participate in various analyses to document proposed solutions in collaboration with the development team and the teams involved within the organization.

• Develop a sharp eye for the security posture of the entire IAM and security department and be a force for change as security practices evolve.

• Communicate proactively with your team and team management on any issue related to your product and business area and propose solutions in collaboration with other Product Owners in the security department.

Workplace: Saint-Hyacinthe (2450 Girouard Street West), Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd) or Laval (Espace Montmorency).

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in IT management, business analysis, software development or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

• In-depth knowledge of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solution.

• Knowledge of insurance sector.

• Proven experience working in Agile mode and knowledge of Agile concepts.

• Certification in product management, high-level business analysis, security, or any certification relevant to the position, an asset (PSPO, CBAP, CISSP, etc.).

• Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
