QA Automation Lead

We are currently seeking a QA Automation Lead to join our team in Calagary, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). Job Description: NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Automation Tester Lead - ALM(UFT/QTP) and Selenium. Possible remote - work from home position for the right candidate with occasional travel to clients as needed Job duties: Develops and maintains Test Automation management plans and scripts for business applications. Installs and owns Test Automation tools and maintain Test Automation Roadmaps. Ensures that Test Automation management tools software lifecycle is current. Sets up and automates test development, testing on System , Integration , E2E and UAT environments for smoke and regression testing. Ensures Test Automation project schedules are met for every sprint and approved by customer and Project team prior to target dates. Performs necessary testing of assigned systems and applications, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc Develops test scripts that are clearly stated, complete, and executable with high degree of quality. Identifies, researches, documents, and ameliorates all application and system errors/defects efficiently. Provides Status Reports and works collaboratively with Test Manager and Test Architect. Basic Qualifications: * Overall 10 years of Automation Testing experience. * Min 8 years experience with writing QA automation frameworks using tools like Client UFT/QTP and Selenium WebDriver. * Min 8 years of hands-on automation testing including creating new frameworks and appropriate test harnesses or equivalent software engineering experience. * Min 1 year of experience coding in at least one programming language * Min 2 years of experience writing automation tests for WEB UI as well as REST and SOAP service endpoints Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
