Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer, where is in crafting solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies, along with adeptness in change management methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping high-level application flows and ensuring seamless implementation of business requirements.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must Haves:
3+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
Proficiency in developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements.
Demonstrated experience in developing high-level application flows.
Ability to develop functional design documents.
Proficiency in change management methodologies.
Experience in documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Experience in creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD matrix.
Criteria:
Technical Solution and Development Skills:
Detailed process flows and high-level screen designs.
User experience and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
User research, usability testing, and developing user personas.
Analyzing user feedback and designing solutions.
Wireframing and high-fidelity mockup creation.
Identifying risks and providing solutions.
Creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.
Technology Skills:
Change management methodologies.
Siebel or Adobe AEM solution implementation.
Documenting test strategies and plans for UAT.
Creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
Rational unified process (RUP).
Developing application screen mock-ups.
Translating screen designs into wireframes or prototypes.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Conceptualizing new approaches and solutions.
Effective team collaboration.
Working with functional and technical teams.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to change and working under pressure.
Client communication and requirement bridging skills.
Public Sector Experience:
Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model familiarity would be an asset.
Ensuring corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.
