RQ - Intermediate- Software Developer - CRM

Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer, where is in crafting solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies, along with adeptness in change management methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping high-level application flows and ensuring seamless implementation of business requirements.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.

• Proficiency in developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements.

• Demonstrated experience in developing high-level application flows.

• Ability to develop functional design documents.

• Proficiency in change management methodologies.

• Experience in documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Experience in creating and updating business architecture artifacts.

• Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD matrix.

Criteria:

• Technical Solution and Development Skills:

  • Detailed process flows and high-level screen designs.

  • User experience and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).

  • User research, usability testing, and developing user personas.

  • Analyzing user feedback and designing solutions.

  • Wireframing and high-fidelity mockup creation.

  • Identifying risks and providing solutions.

  • Creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.

• Technology Skills:

  • Change management methodologies.

  • Siebel or Adobe AEM solution implementation.

  • Documenting test strategies and plans for UAT.

  • Creating and updating business architecture artifacts.

  • Rational unified process (RUP).

  • Developing application screen mock-ups.

  • Translating screen designs into wireframes or prototypes.
