RQ - Senior - Solutions Designer - CRM

Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Solution Designer. As a Solution Designer, where you have experience in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies to design innovative solutions. Your expertise in developing business design documents and collaborating with cross-functional teams will contribute to the enhancement of public sector initiatives.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM

• 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies

• Experience developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements

• Experience developing high-level application flows to support business requirements

• Experience in developing functional design documents

• 7+ years of experience in Siebel Solution implementation

• 7+ years of experience in Adobe AEM Solution implementation

• Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies

• Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

• Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams

Criteria:

• Technical Solution and Development Skills:

  • Experience in creating detailed process flows and developing high-level screen designs

  • Familiarity with user experience and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA)

  • Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and persona development

  • Ability to analyze user feedback and design solutions accordingly

  • Experience in wireframing and high-fidelity mockup creation using UI prototyping software

  • Competence in identifying and documenting business rules, risks, and providing solutions

  • Expertise in creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases

• Technology Skills:

  • Proficient in Siebel and Adobe AEM Solution implementation

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and UAT documentation

  • Experience in creating and updating business architecture artifacts

  • Knowledge of rational unified process (RUP) and application view visibility

  • Competence in developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows

• Soft Skills:

  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving abilities

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and with aggressive timelines

  • Effective communication with clients and technical teams

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in large teams

  • Adaptability to change and client business requirements

• Public Sector Experience:

  • Experience with the Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model preferred

  • Familiarity with corporate QA standards maintenance is an asset.
