Atlas Structural Systems is an manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada. Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Specialist to join our expanding team and contribute to our growth in the Nova Scotia market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create effective strategies for business expansion
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
• Frequent travel to customer sites, primarily in Nova Scotia and some to other maritime provinces as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with offsite construction would be an asset
• Bilingual English and French would be considered an asset
