Job Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules that encompass all aspects of automotive welding operations.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment of production timelines with project goals.
• Monitor and report on project status, identifying any potential delays or discrepancies in the schedule.
• Implement scheduling strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation across the site.
• Coordinate with site managers and team leaders to ensure effective implementation of the production schedule.
• Adjust schedules in response to unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope.
• Ensure all scheduling practices adhere to industry standards and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the automotive welding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 7 years of experience in scheduling or project management within the automotive industry, specifically in welding operations.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and software.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across various departments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to foresee and address potential issues in project timelines.
