Reporting to: Sr Director EPMO Reporting to the Sr Director EPMO, the Senior Manager Business Analysis is accountable for working with stakeholders across the organization to understand their strategic business goals and map desired future state processes & requirements. The role will also contribute to building Business Analysis Methodology & Tools as part of a newly formed EPMO.
Key ACCOUNTABILITIES - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs and gather & document business & systems requirements for new capabilities.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize current and future state business processes and capabilities.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with the IT team and consultants (internal and external) to clarify and document functional design documents.
- Build Test scripts and participate in Conference Room Pilots and/or User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensure people involved in adopting new processes and technologies have the necessary knowledge to perform their role.
- Support creation & delivery of training materials and “How To” documentation for new system users.
- Contribute to the establishment of Business Analysis Methodology & Tools as part of a newly formed EPMO
Qualifications & Competencies - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field (CBAP an asset)
- 8 years of relevant experience, with minimum 4 years in similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and facilitate consensus on process changes
- Experience in guiding organizations through process changes, including assessing impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation
- Understanding of business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape to align process improvements with strategic goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Visio), Knowledge of Dynamics D365 an asset
- Strong analytical skills with ability to distill complex content for executive consumption
- Strong project management skills to plan and execute initiatives
