Senior Project Manager, Change and Transformation

Status : Full-time Location: Orbitor Reporting to: Sr. Director EPMO Job Scope: Reporting to the Sr. Director EPMO, the Senior Project Manager, Change and Transformation will develop and implement strategic transformation projects to achieve our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects and program workstreams to support the execution of strategic objectives
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate alignment towards project goals
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives
• Identifying potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints
• Resolve conflicts, address issues and escalate items requiring executive decisions
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones and any issues encountered
• Create and lead execution of enterprise change management plans (across communications, training, sponsor roadmap, resistance plans) to support strategic transformation programs
• Identify impacted stakeholders for change and complete change impact & readiness assessments
• Oversee implementation of changes across teams to ensure smooth transition & adoption
• Identify and address resistance to change through proactive communication, engagement and support

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic transformation initiatives, with an understanding of change principles and methodologies
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• 10 years experience in project management of transformational change initiatives, with 4 years in similar role
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management). PMP and/or PROSCI an asset.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Strategic mindset to align project deliverables with overall program goals
• Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment to determine right-sizing for project delivery approach
