What you will be doing:

• Provide services related to the preparation and distribution of medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures
• Ensure Administrative responsibilities for the store
• Providing exceptional patient-centered care.
• Maintain good standing with the SK College of Pharmacists.
• Maintaining a professional setting for retail and community outreach
• Maintaining a compassionate environment and supporting patients
• Maintaining and protecting patient confidentiality
• Maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship among health care professionals; responding to requests, building rapport
• Contributing to team effort and corporate goals
• Perform clinical and drug distribution responsibilities as required.

Your Qualifications:

• License to practice in the province seeking employment
• Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills.
• Computer proficiency. Hands on Experience with Kroll.
• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a Canadian University.
• To complete a national board examination through the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada.
• Practical experience through an apprenticeship or an internship program.
• Should be registered with Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Train in the principles of good pharmaceutical care, including patient counselling and care.
• Understand all healthcare and pharmacy laws governing pharmaceuticals, pharmacists' roles and pharmacy operations.

SRx Health Solutions was founded in 2013 by its current President, Adesh Vora. After running retail pharmacies for over 12 years, Mr. Vora opened two pharmacies in Ontario.
