An Overview of the Studio Manager (SM) Role

Currently, we are searching for a Studio Manager (SM) with over two years of management experience and is a certified Fitness Professional. The candidate must have experience in the fitness boutique industry, a deep understanding of sales, key performance indicators, group training experience and operational excellence.

The Studio Manager (SM) will report to the Regional Manager.

The position is a salaried, full-time position.

All hours will be completed on-site.

The Studio Manager (SM) is responsible for leading and guiding the sales and fitness teams within the F45 studio. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a solid understanding of operational excellence and sales. A Studio Manager (SM)'s responsibilities include managing the guest experience to increase sales and leading the sales process. The Studio Manager (SM) should also promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and demonstrate professionalism in coaching and staff development.

Ensure compliance and adherence to F45 business policies in daily studio operations

The Studio Manager (SM)'s responsibility is to manage leads, sales conversions, new member onboarding, customer care, staff relations, and generating new leads.

Personal Production and heavy concentration on the lead management process, First Visit Bookings, Management of Active Trials, Follow ups, and System Audits (missed guests, suspensions, terminated memberships, and member relations).

Strong emphasis on prioritizing the daily production model: includes call contacts, appointments, first bookings, & sales

As a studio leader, the Studio Manager (SM) must lead by example and conduct frequent studio walk-throughs to ensure quality facility care and staff responsibility. These walk-throughs should be conducted daily. You are expected to arrive in uniform, polished, and represent the brand at all times as a Studio Manager (SM).

Demonstrate self-involvement in all studio activities (leading by example, taking multiple coaches' classes, and developing relationships with guests, members and staff)

Manage and drive studio performance, work strategically to assess and meet all KPIs/Studio Performance Metrics, and make appropriate, informed business decisions.

Manage communications with and between supervisors, peers, and subordinates regarding studio needs to ensure that all departments are adequately supported and supplied at all times.

The Studio Manager (SM) and Regional Manager will co-collaborate on a monthly all-staff meeting and plan accordingly in advance to ensure sufficient time for staff to plan.

Attend a weekly meeting with the Regional Manager to review month-to-date analysis: conversions, updates, and events, and discuss staff development opportunities and all staff meetings. This includes: Providing leadership, training, and support to the F45 Staff.

Liaise with HQ to launch any new corporate initiatives and coordinate local partnerships strategy for the studio, adjusting as necessary.

Build community partnerships in responsibilities and participate in all relevant training programs, community events, and social activities.

The candidate must be promotionally minded and capable of directing sales through company-required outreach programs

The Studio Manager (SM) is in charge of maintaining all records, incident reports, performance reviews, and essential documentation

The Studio Manager (SM)'s primary focus is on growing the membership base (sales) and studio experience: consultations, studio tours, paperwork management, reporting analysis, and building solid relationships within the studio.
