Infopro Learning is seeking an experienced SumTotal Developer for a part-time contract opportunity  supporting one of our top clients!

Location: Remote

Utilization: Part-time: 20 hours per month

Start Date: ASAP

• Develop and customize landing pages within SumTotal to effectively present learning paths and structured curricula.
• Customize user experiences (UX/UI) to optimize navigation and accessibility, ensuring a seamless learning journey aligned with individual job roles and career aspirations.
• Create and integrate SCORM files into the LMS platform, focusing on enhancing usability and functionality for end-users.
• Manage API integrations between SumTotal and other software applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Enable advanced reporting capabilities and seamless data transfer to Power BI for comprehensive analytics.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, provide updates, and address issues related to LMS functionality and integrations.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in SCORM file creation, API integration, and reporting processes, minimizing errors and maximizing system efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements and continuously improving skills and knowledge in relevant areas.

• 6+ Years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly SumTotal.
  
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and customization within LMS platforms.
• Experience in SCORM file creation and integration.
• Strong understanding of API integration methods and experience in connecting LMS platforms with external systems and applications.
• Ability to generate advanced reports from LMS platforms and transfer data to visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
