Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Our client located outside the downtown core, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator. This is a part-time permanent position reviewing a high volume of invoices, supporting the finance and accounting team. Responsibilities:

• Code and enter Accounts Payable invoices.
• Enter Accounts Receivable invoices through multiple online portals.
• Collection calls and processing customer payments.
• Maintain records and files.
• Processing employee expenses.
• Answer phones, mail, courier and other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Accounting/Business Diploma, Certificate or Degree would be well regarded.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help where needed.
