What we offer: 

Location of work: St. Laurent, QC

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm / 

Hourly Rate: $20.00 

Key Responsibilities include: •    Assist in delivery and installation
•    Assist driver and dispatch with other duties as required including but not limited to communications with both the customer and dispatch, completing paperwork, and assist with navigation
•    Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly
•    Ability to solve problems as they arise while on road
•    Assist driver in providing consistent on-time pickup and delivery service performance
•    Communicates priorities in a professional manner with shipping, receiving and dispatcher
•    Ability to operate a mobile computing device
•    Portray a professional image as a representative of White Glove Inc. including the presentation of vehicle, uniform, etc.
•    Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
•    Team player
•    Flexible work schedule required.
•    Highly customer focused with the ability to exceed expectations
•    Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned by Management.
•    Assist driver with safe backing process and all safety requirements while making deliveries.
•    Other duties as assigned General Requirements:
•    Safely lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly up and down stairs/ramps, and into office spaces with or without mechanical assistance.
•    Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (pallet jacks, stair climbers, dollies etc.)
•    Previous experience with handling high end commercial electronics i.e. printers, photo copiers, mobile devices, preferred.
•    Previous experience with Load Securement practices
•    Complete daily trip reports and record delivery activities
•    Flexible work schedule required.
•    Demonstrate exceptional customer service through interactions with customers
•    Strong customer service skills
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Strong safety outlook.
•    Ability to follow process and be detail oriented
•    Must have clean Criminal Back Ground check
Working Conditions: •    General Warehouse and outside weather conditions
