Our Production Department is looking for a Production Quality Expert to support the operations related to the Service Department; including receiving, inspection, warehousing, order picking and shipping.

He/she is also a key player in the evolution of our quality assurance and control processes and the continuous improvement of our production operations.

Your projects will lead you to :

Assume a leadership role in identifying the causes of quality problems and implementing corrective actions;

Coordinate various quality and continuous improvement projects for production operations;

Assist the teams in the processing of complaints and corrective actions related to the components;

Assist the procurement team in the qualification, evaluation, follow-up and improvement of our suppliers;

Participate in quality planning activities for new parts;

Participate in quality planning activities for new parts; Participate directly in deviation requests, change controls and non-conformances;

Develop inspection methods and standards and write work instructions;

Conduct internal audits of production operations;

Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Quality Performance Indicators;

Improve quality procedures and instructions.

We are looking for people who :

Have a college or university degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent training;

Have a significant experience in quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment of at least 5 years;

Have advanced knowledge in reading drawings;

Communicate and work well in a team environment;

Are autonomous and resourceful;

Are able to organize and prioritize;

Are able to communicate in French, and also in English at an intermediate/advanced level speaking/writing.

You earn points if you :

Have experience in project management;

Master the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards;

Have knowledge of electronics.
