Our Salesforce Product Managers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Product Managers will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. Day to day/ Job Function Data analysis document Requirements gathering & use case documentation. Epics, User Stories, & Acceptance Criteria Product Roadmap Backlog & Work Item Prioritization Product Demo Lead UAT Testing in supporting UAT testers. Release planning. Communication Relationship Management Required qualifications. 8+ years of experience of Product Management 3+ experience working in a Salesforce Product Owner / Product Manager role. Salesforce Domain knowledge - Sales and Marketing Understanding of reporting concepts / tools Business processes Reporting & Visualisation tools GAP Analysis on source applications, business system analysis skills Communication Relationship Management Project Management Research, analysis, and problem-solving Understanding of relational database theories or database systems (OLTP) Data Flow, Data Modelling, diagrams. Fundamental concepts of Data Warehousing Basic to good knowledge in SQL Good understanding of ETL concepts Knowledge on how API works SOQL/SAQL Certifications. Salesforce Administrator certification. Certified Product Owner or Salesforce Business Analyst Ideal Mindset: Encouragement. You are the leader and provide motivation, direction, and support to your team. Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations. Strong work ethic.
