Job Description

By joining the continuous improvement and operational excellence team, you will touch on several areas of the company's activities. You will have the opportunity to have visibility with several areas of the company such as quality, operations, engineering, purchasing and others. Your efforts will have a real impact on the achievement of the company's objectives.

Your contribution:

• Propose and deploy new work tools;
• Improve various processes;
• Document procedures and work instructions;
• Participate in problem solving;
• Perform analysis as needed;
• Coordinate multifunctional work teams.

Projects you could have an impact on:

• Set up a Kanban management system for non-inventoried consumer items;
• Propose product positioning (storage and freelance line) to increase productivity and improve employee health and safety;
• Propose and deploy a tool to maintain optimal product positioning;
• Write various procedures and work instructions related to the receipt, inventorying of products, freelance, packaging and shipping of orders;
• Propose and deploy a process to effectively manage inventory transfers between sites (different countries);
• Propose performance indicators that will track sub-assembly and automation production activities;
• Set up the system for updating performance indicators related to sub-assembly and automation production activities;
• Participate in the development of a compliance manual.

Qualifications

• Full-time student in the Bachelor's degree in engineering or administration;
• Have completed 1 to 3 years of university courses;
