The Co-operative Education Office at Mount Saint Vincent University invites applications for the Interim Co-operative Education Employer Liaison temporary position.
Classification: 11 Month Temporary Contract Position
Starting Salary: $41,636 per annum (prorated)

QualificationsA two-year community college diploma (e.g.: business) and a minimum of two years' related experience (preferably in an academic environment) are required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Additional requirements include: superior time management and organizational skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated problem solving/analytical abilities, demonstrated ability to work and multi-task in a busy environment, and strong customer service skills. Candidates should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, and have an aptitude for, or experience, using business enterprise systems such as Colleague, Banner, PeopleSoft, etc. Candidates should also be familiar with databases and desktop publishing software (e.g. Publisher, InDesign).
ResponsibilitiesA national leader in co-operative education, the University is seeking a professional to join the co-operative education team in the role of Employer Liaison. This position reports to the Co-operative Education Manager.
