We serve companies including Unilever, Deliveroo, Gong and Brex to name a few! We are seeking a talented Partnerships Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and has a strong data and operational background. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and work within a dynamic team to elevate our partnerships efforts to the next level. What you'll do

• Support the development and optimization of partnership processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Examples include building automations and notification alerts using tools like Zapier and ClickUp
• Maintain accurate records of partnerships activities in our systems, ensuring data integrity and providing regular performance metrics to the team
• Support our joint marketing plans with Partners and event planning and execution
• Support the partnerships team in managing strategic partnership projects from initiation to completion. This involves ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive approach to partnerships

Who you are

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with partnership-related tools, such as CRM systems, project management software, and automation platforms
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to identify problems, align resources, and deliver measurable business impact for the Partnerships team
• Have a collaborative approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude
