We’re looking for someone who’s ready to get involved and help us deliver all our projects. If that sounds like you, then we invite you to join our Client Experience Team as an intern for the summer or fall of 2024!

 

What you can expect from the internship

Your mission will be to support the team members and take part in all the same projects as them to help us reach our client goals, serving all the Laurentian Bank teams.

 

You’ll take on a variety of tasks to support marketing research and the continuous improvement of the client experience.

 

The internship will take place mostly remotely—in the comfort of your home—with weekly meetings at Laurentian Bank’s corporate offices at 1360 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, in the heart of downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities

 

We suspect that someone like you must love analyzing and interpreting the data they collect. To that end, your main tasks will be to:

  • Help evolve the survey platform based on business needs.
  • Provide support for every step of multiple research projects, including questionnaire design, revision and translation, data collection, preliminary analysis, etc.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to uncover new customer insights.
  • Help draft reports and present results.
  • Document Laurentian Bank’s research program.

  • is inquisitive and ready to share their views and knowledge of the academic world
  • is perceptive, proactive and peppy!
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages
